Homework 11/25/13

Reading: Complete Theme chart. List the four themes, quote passages from the text to give example of themes. On a separate sheet of paper example why you chose that passage to represent theme.
Study for prefix and suffix test.
Math: page 41 in Blue workbook

Reading: Finish the relationship graphic organizer for Maniac and Amanda and Maniac and Mars Bars. You only have to quote from the texts to support answers about feelings and relationship.
Math: Buckle Down workbook pares 20-21 answers only

Social Studies: test on Colonies

Reading: Answer question to be prepared for debate tomorrow. "Are you and educated person just by going to school?" Support your opinions.

Math: Rows 1-3 on math worksheet for multiplication

Reading: Vocabulary quiz from pages 12-15 in blue vocabulary book

Writing: Need to have rough draft on Memorial Day and Veteran Day

Reading:On a separate piece of paper do an identity chart.
Due Wednesday- any word that students got wrong on vocabulary test, they need to look up definition and then use the word in a sentence.

Math- if you received a grade lower than a "C" get test signed. Everyone needs to work on a minimum of four problems, redo problems and write about why you should have known problem wrong.
Example: I know that the dividend can not be small than the quotient in a division problem because the dividend is being broken down into small groups. the quotient is the total group.
